Junior Oliver Rivero headlined the performances for Hope International men's wrestling at the ERAU Duals on Friday.

The Royals lost all three matchups to Sierra College (30-18), Embry-Riddle (47-6) and Utah Tech (42-15), but Rivero won all three of his matches to highlight the afternoon. Rivero pinned Kolin De La Fuente of Sierra College and Embry-Riddle's Adam Stanley. Stanley is ranked 12th nationally at 141 pounds and third-best in the Cascade Collegiate Conference.

Rivero also won by tech fall (18-2) against Utah Tech Landree Aurand.

Other highlights include Jacob Benavidez winning by pin at 133 pounds over Sierra College's Kalvin Robbins and a 13-4 major decision over his opponent from Utah Tech. Nico Naranjo also pinned his opponent, Luis Lara of Utah Tech, at 149 pounds.
