Freshman (2021) - Second Team NAIA All American...GSAC Pitcher of the Year...GSAC Freshman of the Year...5X GSAC Pitcher of the Week...Posted a 0.93 ERA on the season in 151 innings pitched...Recorded 159 strikeouts on the season with a 15-8 overall record. 

Prior to HIU- Played for 18U West Coast Wolverines Gold- Pearson Team... Graduated in 2020 from Clovis High School and played four years on varsity for the Cougars... Named All-Valley in 2018...In 2019 posted a .319 batting average and 1.52 ERA in 138 innings pitched and recorded 206 strikeouts...Sassano Award Winner (2020)...Honor Roll (2017-2020). 

Personal - Born on May 16...Daughter of Maricela and Oscar Puente...Has a twin sister Kassie and an older sister Emily who also play for the Royals softball team...Favorite Athlete is Jose Altuve...Majoring in Kinesiology with a career plan to become a PE or Anatomy Teacher.
