2021 (Redshirt Sophomore) - Second Team NAIA All American... All GSAC Selection... Named GSAC Player of the Week...Led the team with 11 homeruns and 39 RBI on the season...Posted a .366 batting average, .408 on-base percentage, and .679 slugging percentage. 

2020 (Season Cut Short Due to COVID-19) - GSAC Scholar-Athlete...Started 26 games...Posted a .262 batting average with a team-high 5 homeruns...Led the team with 22 RBI...Recorded six multi-hit games...Reached base in 8 straight games from February 7th-February 21st. 

2019 - Appeared in 47 games in 30 starts... hit .320 with 33 hits in 103 at-bats...hit 5 homeruns...33 RBI...game-high 4 RBI against Menlo on March 16th. 

John F. Kennedy High School - Played 4 years of varsity softball... four-year all-academic team honoree...helped the team to a 2018 Empire League Championship...also played volleyball in high school.

Personal - Parents are Kelly and Steve Mao... has a brother, Kapono, and sister, Kensington...Mom played softball at San Diego State University...majoring in Liberal Studies...career plan is to become a high school teacher.
