Irvine, Calif. – The Hope International STUNT team took on Trevecca Nazarene in a neutral site match at the CUI Arena on Thursday, remaining in control throughout the entire game winning 24-3.

The Trojans were within two minors of the Royals in two rounds – giving the two points to HIU and receiving one for themselves. A tie in JT1 gave the Trojans their 3rd point of the game. A second self forfeited round in the 4th quarter by the Trojans gave a technical point to the Royals.

Highlight of the game was scoring unopposed on several levels. Power players were Sophia Rosendale, Addy Drumond, Giselle Baeza and Sophia Gonzalez.

The Royals improved to 2-0 all-time against the Trojans. 

HIU hosts the Royal Rumble on Friday and Saturday, with contests against St. Mary (Texas), Fresno Pacific, Grand Canyon and Arizona Christian.
